Solves a basic office problem and has a lot of potential!

I really like this app. Tracking phone messages and keeping a record of phone calls is challenging. The current version of the app works very well to solve this problem and has a lot of potential to work even better! Plus, Ive found that the support staff is extremely responsive. If you have any feedback on the app send it to callplease support. They get back to you right away. I get the feeling that a lot of the things that people are concerned about in this current version of the app is on the "to do list" of their app development team.
