disappointed

I would love to use this iPad version of this app. It is well thought out. You make a call then receive a sheet to fill out about the call... at least, thats what I think it does. You see, I have an iPad, not an iPhone. This app is the iPad version, but why an iPad version? Its useless on an iPad, unless... you use it with the handoff function. In that case, you need an iPhone.
Question, why bother with an iPad version of this app?
Confused.
In addition, I sent an email to the developers who never answered. So, I dont care about this, and, it is useless to me.
